Terms and conditions

Client Registration and data:

All customers are required to fill in a consultation form, on or prior to their first appointment. It is important the information you provide is correct and you have made us aware of any health or behaviour issues. It is your responsibility to update us of any changes in the future. Completing this will confirm your agreement to our terms and condition's. All information received will not be shared with anyone else, and stored securely meeting GDPR guidelines.

 Your dog:

​

Please ensure that your dog is fit and healthy with vaccinations up to date before attending your appointment. Please inform us before arrival of any fleas or ticks. Grooming may expose underlying skin conditions that may not be know. Feral to Fabulous Groomers can not be held liable for, a vet should be contacted for advice. 

In the unlikely chance your dog becomes seriously ill whilst in Feral to Fabulous Groomers care, we will call a vet and unless it can be clearly shown that Feral to Fabulous Groomers are liable, all vet costs shall be at the owners expense.

For Aggressive dogs:

​

It is your responsibility to inform us if your dog bites, has bitten, is aggressive towards people, or dog grooming procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or stop grooming at any time before or during the grooming process.
